The relationship between The Rockland Small Cap Growth Fund ("RGF") and our clients is our most important asset. The following policy is in place to ensure all client non-public financial information is protected.
RGF collects non-public personal information about our clients from the following sources including, but not limited to, your name, phone number, social security number, assets, income, date of birth, your account number and balance, payments history, parties to transactions, cost basis information, and other financial information:
- Client contracts or other correspondence, and
- Client account transactions with the fund and/or other brokers/custodians.
RGF does not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients to anyone, except as permitted by law and to conduct daily operations. RGF adheres to the same policy for terminated and inactive accounts.
Clients may request that information be provided on a regular basis to accountants, consultants, and third parties. Written authorization for these parties must be received from the client before information is released. Any other requests for information made by someone other than the client must be received in writing and verified with the client prior to processing.
To ensure this policy is adhered to, the fund restricts access to clients' personal and account information to those employees who need to know the information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to ensure your non-public information is secure.
RGF is committed to ensuring that all client information remains confidential, is utilized to service the account and not released to any non-affiliated third parties. RGF does not utilize any third party marketing agencies or other non-affiliated third parties, except those necessary to process your transactions, therefore this policy does not warrant an "opt-out" feature for clients.
In the event that you hold shares of RGF through a financial intermediary, including, but not limited to, a broker-dealer, bank or trust company, the privacy policy of your financial intermediary would govern how your nonpublic personal information would be shared with nonaffiliated third parties.
