Process - buy discipline

Companies must possess powerful technical characteristics in order for them to be included in the Fund. We look for companies that possess the following characteristics:

• Financial strength: including an improving balance sheet, conservative accounting, operating leverage and sufficient liquidity.
• Solid business model: including predictability of earnings, sustainability of growth, competitive environment/pricing power, experienced management, and are under-followed by Wall Street.
• The Fund also seeks to acquire stocks that are "under accumulation"
