Richard H. Gould

Richard H. Gould, CFA, CMT, President, Portfolio Manager/Analyst, began his investment career in 1985. He founded Gould Investment Partners in 2004 and serves as President and Chief Investment Officer. From 1994 to 2004, he was a Portfolio Manager/Analyst at Greenville Capital Management where he managed the Rockland Small Cap Growth Fund since its inception (12/2/96). Prior to Greenville, he served as Portfolio Manager/Analyst at PNC Investment Management, the investment management arm of PNC Bank, where he co-managed the PNC Small Cap Growth Fund. Mr. Gould attended Pennsylvania State University where he received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance in 1985 and a Bachelor of Science in 1982. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Market Technician.
